fairmount park picnic shelter image question

Anyone know where this Philly park shelter is? I got the painting without any other info than it was of a stone picnic shelter somewhere in fairmount park.

Any idea who the artist is? That painting looks like one that used to hang in my school. Until the district took it away because it was "valuable" and no one has seen it (or others from other schools) again.
