Question Antique watch/clock repair and service?

Hope I'm posting this in the right forum.

I need to find a reliable antique clock/watch repair place because I just bought a totally kickass clock on ebay and it needs some love and probably will on an ongoing basis. I don't even know where to begin to look.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks in advance!

    Shannon

I've been looking for someone like this in the city for a while now, but no luck. I've asked Raykin (60 N. 9th St.) - he does great watch repairs, but doesn't know anyone who does clocks locally. I've also asked a couple of places in Jewelers' Row, as well as all of my friends, but no luck so far. Good luck, and please let me know what you find!

Agree with riri. I went to precision and received amazing service and they went above and beyond by fixing a couple other little things for free.

I was going to suggest Henry too. I didn't know he had a website.

My mom bought both me and my sister wall grandfather clocks for our weddings years ago from Henry. They're beautiful and still ticking. He's been around forever.

Wow, I must say I'm surprised to see that Henry has a website too. That place has been there forever. I think that's the only store that been there since I first remember going to the ave almost 30 years ago. That and moes but Moe's is completely a different place now.

I've been to Alexander Horn for mechanical watch repair before and they were reasonably priced and professional. The store is full of clocks, and it's in the name of the business, so I assume they repair them too.
