Another car share coming.

Over the next year I just found out Philadelphia will be getting a third car share program. They seem to get more expensive.

They might be expensive to begin with, but as they catch on with more folks, and with the competition the price will come down. You most likely will see them on price line soon.

With Hertz jumping in, it may be the rental car companies are seeing another market where they can use the same fleet for short term and long term use.

It is very possible, before long, that you may see companies like Zipcar offering long term rentals.

The technology seems to be there where you can decouple large rental lots to smaller lots throughout the region.

With todays economy and the price of cars and maintainence and gas prices, its so cheap to pay as you go with a car, especially in the city
