We definitely need more entrepreneurialism in Philly. That's what made this city, and what will save it. Kudos to John Grady for seeing how PIDC can help push the city's rebirth forward while at the same time remaining relevant in an era of deindustrialization. I wish him luck. Smaller scale is definitely the way things are moving, and oddly Philly is at the forefront of that, because corporations shun us, so we've got to make it happen ourselves, just as John is doing. Just look at all of the new construction happening in Philly. It's overwhelmingly small scale. We are rebuilding our small company infrastructure in Philly that was shattered in the bad old days.
