He said he wants a campus, so that most likely rules out Center City.

There was a piece about Cira South and how Brandywine was marketing that space up and down the east coast to mostly companies from outside the area; I wonder whether Shire might take up residence there...but that would be poaching from within the area.

Just goes to show how important the Navy Yard is to the city. Companies aren't shaking this desire for campuses for whatever reason, and we have a site for them in city limits. The city needs to be hunting for money to get the BSL extended to the Navy Yard to multiply the residential growth in Center City, North Philly and South Philly as more jobs are added down there.
