    Default Article on Navy Yard

Interesting article about some of the going ons at the Navy Yard.

    Inside Philadelphia's energy innovation hub – What's Next - CNN.com Blogs

In particular a cool spotlight on the DOE Energy Hub bit. I know so many on this board bemoan the move of business there, but I must say I have spent some time down there and wouldn't mind landing a job there myself.

This one quote though did kind of drive home the fact that a better business tax climate would probably lead to greater growth in the city period.

This kind of urbanization is attractive to ecologically minded businesses and the yard’s designation as a Keystone Innovation Zone draws startup tech and energy companies looking for tax incentives.
    Oh well.

I'm totally agreed that a project that needed them to go out into actual houses and talk about the price and benefits of using secure energy-efficient lights.Certain two points on this web page are definitely the best we have all had.Now I'm going to look up this web page usually on my PC.Everything in this web page is definitely true!
