Tax Attorney very familiar with BPT?

A colleague just contacted me. She is asking around for names of good, reputable tax attorneys in the Philadelphia area for a friend. Fortunately, I have never needed such an attorney, so can't be of much help. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks!

I don't know many of the details, but I believe this person is actually being sued by the city and needs representation. I have a good accountant so would have been able to point her in the right direction if that were the case.

I happen to need a tax attorney also. IRS is claiming an old return was wrong and they want a large check pronto.
