It might be "Fall" but Blossom is in full bloom

Blossom is such a lovely girl who has now been at the PSPCA for a very long time. Dedicated volunteers are working with her to keep her motivated and to teach her lots of good behaviour. She is doing really well - this little girl is really "blooming".
