Very sad, judging by the breed and the abundance available for adoption, I hate to say, but I am very pessimistic if he was stolen.

I'm not too sure if he was stolen or just picked up by a caring citizen...I am just crossposting...Thanks for your concern and please share his craigslist page! :-)
