Fifty-four sick and abused dogs were rescued from a Malvern home Monday afternoon.

The malnourished animals were taken from a home at 7 Crumley Avenue in Chester County.

I'm not sure but in the photo accompanying the article, the PSPCA truck was there. The city shelters are already overcrowded from the dogfighting busts. This is just such a terrible situation.

They just showed this story on Channel 6. It appears that it's the Chester County SPCA that has seized the dogs.
