Early Childhood Program at Germantown Jewish Centre

The Early Childhood Program (ECP) at the Germantown Jewish Centre will be hosting Sit and Sips and an Open House for prospective families (see below). Anyone is welcome! These Sit and Sips will take place in an ECP parent's home, with the intent that prospective parents will be able to chat informally with the director and a few parents about the play-based program. Light drinks and snacks will be served.

ECP fosters growth of children from 6 months to 5 years of age, offering half-day and full-day options. ECP stresses “learning through doing” using a multisensory approach and emphasizes the importance of play; we understand that children’s work is play. The teachers utilize many learning styles to engage the children and allow for individual differences. Through this approach the staff assists in the development of cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical skills.
