    Default Bright Futures

I hear about this but cannot find anything about it on the school district website. How do you find out if there is one near you? How do you register?

Try calling this number: Early Childhood Education 215-400-4270. A woman named Donna is head of this dept (I can't recall her last name) and I've heard that she welcomes questions by phone.

Preschool Services - The School District of Philadelphia

That is the link from the SDP website. The requirements have changed for 2010-2011. There is now an income based requirement. 300% of the poverty level (around 66k for a family of 4). The program is 5 days a week- 4 full days and a half day on Friday. The hours vary depending on the school, but it generally starts a little later and ends a little earlier than the other grades.
