On Filter Coffee shop facebook page they were talking about him coming in for coffee. Well he was suppose to come in assistant ended up coming in. I'm only repeating what I read not sure if it is true. Makes sense Filter on Race between 4 and 3rd is close by the Veterans Center on Florist Street if I recall

I wonder if it was really him though. No offense but I've seen a lot of older guys who could pass as him around the Vet center. Though, none dressed up and with security looking guys, lol. Was there an event there today anyone know of? Someone else must have spotted him or at least the news. I can't find any info on him being in Philly today anywhere..

I was doing some more research and could not really find any info on what Biden is up to today or where he is... though I swear I thought he was involved in some pretty heavy duty meetings with Obama today about the Debt issue. I could be wrong though.

I know that he used to make regular visits to the Design Center at 2400 Market. I saw him a few times. Always seemed to be buying rugs there...and not the ones for his head.
