    Noticed that some work is being done in the old location. Anybody know what it may become? It is such an eyesore now. A great breakfast spot would be awesome.

    Yes, 3rd and Vine. When I first moved to the neighborhood it was just closing. I think it was a divey breakfast spot.

    05-06 i had lived a couple doors down from that place. by the time i left my apt the place was getting tagged with a lot of graffiti. im surprised it isnt a hipster coffee shop by now.
