I'll come down a couple of times. At least to visit Race Street Pier and see some friends. Summer in Philadelphia is incredibly boring, sorry but it's true. Weather's nice and people flock to the Jersey shore. Anything I hear I'll try to pass it along. I tried to get an old member to post who is a friend, neighbor and knows more about what's going on in Old City than anyone but every time I ask he just laughs hysterically at me.

Well I came down yesterday to visit friends and tie up loose ends. Since I now have no monetary ties to Philadelphia anymore and see it's near future as bleak I've decided to become a full time resident of NYC. Try not to wreck the place when I'm gone.

Barry I own in NYC. What would you do ? Philadelphia just showed it's hand and I have a full house. If I owned a house in Philly I wouldn't run for the border because of this and anyone that thinks the local suburbs is a better option is a fool.
