On Sunday, 04/10/11, 2 AM, 6th District Office Fererro, assigned to the Old City Foot Beat was with Fire Rescue at 3rd & Chestnut Sts. for a highly intoxicated female requiring hospital treatment. As the female was being placed o the stretcher, a male attempted, several times to unbuckle her and keep the medics from transporting. The highly intoxicated 21 year old male with Port Richmond address was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

the male attempted to take the officers weapon from it;s holster which a witnessed confirmed. The 24 year old offender with a Bryn Mawr address was charged with Assault on Police and Attempted Robbery.
