I wish him the absolute worst of luck. I hope that his project never happens and that he has to see his property to someone with a better idea than he has. Putting 3 liquor licenses in this area is the worst idea of all and I hope that he never, ever succeeds. Bad luck to him and his partners. He is an unreasonale person with bad ideas and no sense of community. He had a great idea with the hotel, then ruined it with everything else. Bad, bad luck to him and I hope no one gives him or his partners a dime.

Are you talking about 4th and Arch or the Styrofoam box at 12th & Arch? If the latter, then I agree completely.

Referring to the styrofoam box at 12th, and the new family court building up the street around 15th. Both looking to be quite vanilla-tan boring, though architectural renderings are almost always a off a bit so there may be hope.

Something does not need off-the-charts different to be nice, for instance the Federal Detention Center, 7th and Arch (which you might have been refering to). It's pretty nice for what it is, considering it is a prison that's unfortunately next to the AAM.


Who knows about the Pinkus site. I thought it was up for sale again?
