There are rules based on Sq. Footage of residence as well as bedrooms and kitchens based on number of people as well as familial relationship and combined spaces.

the house im inquiring about is on my block, bought by a neighborhood church almost 2 years ago and it was supposed to be for employees at the church so in the beginning they had a family there that took great care of the property then they were transferred and in moved 2 college students whom were quiet but neglect of the outside of the house began and after begging the owner to come take care of it, he came once and ripped out some nice plants and now the lawn is unkempt (luckily the drought has prevented much grass growing) when they do put trash out is in bags tossed on the front patio for squirrels to rip open and their trash blows all over and now it seems they have people from out of town come stay while doing work at their church and there could be anywhere between 12-20 people at a time, maybe more and i can only imagine if trash is hardly put out what theyre doing to store it inside which could lead to infestation but all those people- what kind of fire hazards and such could be. i realize it could be worse than a church owning it but if your not taking care of the outside and just filling the house to the gills at a certain point you begin to think whats the difference

FrankStar- This is a blogging site, not a newspaper or writing course, so your sarcastic period comment is better kept to yourself. I'm trying to get help with handling a nuisance property in my neighborhood. If I wanted the sarcastic input of an old lonely man I would just visit a nursing home. Get up some guts and browse professional online news agencies such as the major news networks and online newspapers that always seem to have grammar issues instead of inserting your unappreciated nonsense into an issue that you can't give positive feedback. Being that you don't know me and quickly make sarcastic comments when I'm asking for help with something leads me to believe that throughout your life when people (friends or family) were talking about something you knew nothing about you would throw in pointless and annoying comments which is why you are alone now with nobody to talk to and left to do it on blogging sites. Thanks to Lucas for your help and anyone that may have some feedback on my issue- FrankStar please look to another forum for your unwanted and annoying input.

Some people, myself included, will just glance over an incomprehensible mess of words and decide it's not worth the time or energy to decipher. It's about having courtesy for your reader. If you want to be read and responded to, write coherently.

It's also rather bad form to start making assumptions about someone's life based on a post made in jest.

obviously you didn't just glance over or decide something wasn't worth your time because you responded and i did get a very helpful response despite not using proper punctuation. turns out people are on the northeast forum to inform and assist others with issues to our neighborhood. please return to the south philly forum where the posts are probably filled posters just like my spot on assessment of yourself

Pointing out other people's mistakes makes them feel superior. Maybe it's a half way house/x-drug users.

There used to be a few people on here that would help people sometimes with these types of issues. Especially if drugs were involved. Not sure if they come here any longer but... if I were you. I would start with a call to L & I. They seem to carry the most weight when dealing with unsafe conditions like this. Maybe get a few of your neighbors to call too. As far as outside of the property being unkempt, a call to CLIP may be in order. Good luck!

Owned by a Church? Look up the address. Is the property exempt of Real Estate Taxes?
12 to 20 people living on the premises at a time?
Halfway house or homeless shelter or people down on their luck?
Sounds like a crack house to me?

Actually, this is not a blogging site. This is an internet forum. Within a forum, anyone is free to tell you how you suck as bad as the north east. If you don't want to be associated with the horrific nature of your neighborhood, then utilize better grammar and put an end to groups like Mayfair BBQ Watch. Otherwise? Go make a blog so that you and you alone can stare at your gibberish all day long.

Your lack of grammar corresponds with your lack of comprehension.

My location, which you felt the need to check, was your mother's bed-not mine.

there wasn't a need to check- it was right there to the right of your picture- you have three locations listed- Mom's (your mothers house where you still live), studio (aka your bedroom at your moms, the basement at your moms or the garage at your moms), and i noted the your moms bed check in was hilarious. obviously pointing out that you never said your were in bed at your moms when it clearly says at moms shows you are the one with the comprehension issue

    Dear numbnut-
Mom's is a business. My art studio is is a business. Your mom's bed is a clown car's worth of illegitimate children, which is why you're worried about the housing issue.

In my point of view, there are some rules based on sq.ft.These rules decide that how many people can live in that area. According to me 6-7 people can easily live there with the permission of landlord.

The Code says that in a Single family residence no more than 3 people who are not related by blood, adoption, or marriage can reside. So, a family of 15 can live there but not 4 unrelated roomates.

As far as the grammar issue raised regarding the original post, I agree that this is an informal forum and we should not nitpick. HOWEVER, grammar rules exist for a reason, and that is to make the writing readable and therefore convey information efficiently. The OP was so bad that it was very hard to read. The OP should not be so defensive and argumentative and should instead learn to use caps, periods, and paragraphs.
