That is right next to an elementary school. Hopefully they're not planning a methadone clinic, like the other.

The zoning app reads very close to the language that the Healing Way put down on their over-the-counter use permits, which is why my eyebrow went up. And a really odd LLC name (it happens to straddle the border between Rhawnhurst and Bell's Corner, but the word "Hidden" in the LLC's name is weird).

This could all be nothing; or it could be something. Methadone clinics approaching the City for permits try desperately to obfuscate their use on their permits. You'll never see obvious references to opiate treatment anywhere in their application forms.

For what its worth, the drawing of the interior looks like the expressed use...small treatment rooms consistent with medical treatments.
