Yeah, and that "social baggage" was brought in by the truckload to my old once-pleasant, peaceful, clean neighborhood of Oxford Circle. The Oxford Circle of today and that of 15 years ago are dramatically different places. Today's O/C is a filthy, drug and thug-infested, graffiti-scarred, blighted wasteland fit for neither man nor beast.
