Forrest Home for Aged Actors?

I'm sure it's now covered by houses, but does anyone know where exactly the original Forrest Home for Aged Actors was located? According to some old newspaper articles,it was in "Holmesburg." In others, "Torresdale." Now, some NE Philly History articles say it was in "Mayfair." So where was it? Thanks!

I believe it might have been right where the Forrest School is now.

Was between Cottman and Sheffield, east of Frankford Ave. The Forrest school was later built on that tract of land.
In 1925, it was considered Frankford, but later became Mayfair. As the book states, " The name Mayfair, would come into vogue several years later.
So yes, it is Mayfair.

if you walk into Firstrust Bank on the avenue, there is a picture of the old Forrest House for Actors. It explains where it was located
