dunkin' donuts at harbison&torresdale issue

I have noticed a real problem for dunkin' donuts and exxon at torresdale avenue .There is a homeless woman in her 60s or 70s running up to cars that stop for the red light at torresdale then she runs after all the cars going to exxon or dunkin'.....why has nobody stopped this woman I've noticed this for awhile. She demands like 5 dollars....Is she mental??? homeless? where is her family? When she came up to my car window I thought she was a carjacker or something. Who is this woman?

that's probably philomena. was her hair short, greasy, & messy? and did she walk a lil funny? philomena's mentally ill & really does have a home. she plays in trafffic often, & pops her head into car windows asking "you got 90 cents for a bagel?" & other random things...

My issue with DD is the greasy, smelly donuts. They need to change that old dirty oil a little more frequently.

there's also this disabled homeless guy that hangs around the 7-11 there. i walk by both of them every morning . the guy asked me for change once, but i didn't have anything, and im pretty sure he mumbled an insult at me. and i haven't noticed the lady at DD lately. Maybe she left?
