Arc, if I may be so familiar, I was just tonight telling a group about the wonderfully named Philadelinquency and cited my beloved and much missed Hallwatch (which I now see is a muse). Congrats on crossing the line into educator/facilitator. I am not quite so able with technology and need your specific instructions on how to sign up since I see login but not how to get started.

Keep it up. Most of what is wrong with Philly is at least a tangent of the abysmal, criminal RE assessment/collections circus. Even if it is not directly touching, the avoidance of paying taxes makes every other corner of the city poorer, dirtier, less safe, and hopeless.

Interesting, I just took my aunt to see one of his rentals. I know this is the same person becuase his name is Dan and the rental is one of the properties on that list. I will let my aunt know about him and let her decide if she still wants to rent from him.
