Then please join the Philadelphia City Planning Commission for our first public meeting for the Lower Northeast District Plan.
Tuesday, April 3rd @ 6pm
Friends Hospital
4641 Roosevelt Boulevard

Why Plan?
The Lower Northeast District Plan is one of 18 District Plans that will guide Philadelphia’s physical development. The plan will make recommendations for zoning changes, city-owned land and facilities, and public investments.

The District Plans are a part of Philadelphia2035, the City’s comprehensive plan. The first step was the Citywide Vision, completed in June 2011, which set forth broad citywide policies and goals. The District Plans apply the Citywide Vision locally.

What happens at the meeting?
  • Learn about the district planning process, development history, and demographic changes
  • Work with Planning Commission staff in small groups with your neighbors
  • Help shape future development and public investment in Lower Northeast Philadelphia
