Are you sure, the ever reliable Daily News claims it was Torresdale and Unruh;-) I guess since they no longer use the off duty PPD and PPD vehicles outside TD might now become a target for robberies. The new security there apparently can't stop texting and putting their phone down fast enough to stop a crime as fast as Phillys Finest.
