Who is the police chief in NE Detective Division?

I'm tired getting the run around from the detective who handle my case and refuse to file charges beside 2 court orders from 2 different judge who put it in writing that my case is no longer domestic case. It's a criminal case. So guys, where can I get the name of the NE detective division chief and his boss? I tried their website, I can't find it.

Look under Northeast Detective Division. There is a phone number and an email address. Not sure who the Captain is. But you can email or call and ask for the Captain.

BTW an incident can be both domestic and criminal.

At this stage you should probably also contact the District Attorney's office, since they are the ultimate deciders of what they will prosecute and how they will go about doing it, not the PPD. I would do that myself if I couldn't get a firm answer, or any answer, from the detectives handling my case.
