I don't know if you've had Mosaic I yet, but Monkey is one of the most strange and confusing things I've ever read. I'd have no problem discussing Faulkner or something like that, but no way am I talking to strangers about the adventures of a stone monkey.

Monkey by Wu Che'eng-en? What's wrong with a story about a monkey king who hatches from a stone egg, attracts a following of tribe monkeys who hang on his every word and learns to change his appearance and fly on clouds? Sounds like a good read to me - while I'm living in a rental. (had to keep the thread on topic)
