Textile Design Program

Are you interested in knitting, weaving and fabric printing? Are you curious about the methods used to create fabric patterns? Professor Marcia Weiss, Assistant Professor and Chair of the Undergraduate Textile Design Program at Philadelphia University, will talk about the processes, materials, and equipment involved in the fast-paced, billion dollar industry of textiles. Professor Weiss will also discuss career options, the undergraduate and graduate programs at Philadelphia University and her personal experiences working in Textile Design.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is curious about textile design or looking for an interesting, rewarding and exciting career path.
