I don't know of any males black or white serving hard time or any time for smoking pot.

"Jose was lying flat on his back, and his head was in this woman's lap, and she was rocking him like she was trying to wake him up," Dorsey said Friday, looking over her shrubs toward where Ortiz-Diaz fell. "She was screaming and screaming, 'Help me! Somebody help me! Oh, God, help me!' "

Is there a place that is further detached from reality than left field? Cause that's where this came from.

very very interesting case but also very complicated ... first of all I am just looking @ facts and don't take side in any way .. just was reading up on occupy , so read this from occupy about 5hours ago:

    https://www.facebook.com/OccupyPhiladelphia?ref=stream

when is a terroristic threat a real terroristic threat ?? free speech is involved of course and a right of every citizen..maybe I sound confused but where is the borderline when posting comments on boards ?? Again I am just trying to find an answer and don't defend any sides ..here is the message from occupy about 5hrs ago :

"Joshua Scott Albert is being charged with felony crimes for an inflammatory Facebook page that resulted in no actual physical harm coming to anyone. Will Seth Williams bring charges against all those who issued death threats to Josh (while
spouting racist and homophobic vitriol) and posted Joshua Scott Albert's old home address on Facebook? As District Attorney, shouldn't he be concerned about all the (so-called) crimes that are committed, or do some people just get a pass? For instance, Philly Police Officer Mike Sidebotham was caught posting threatening messages on our Facebook. Was he ever charged? No? We didn't think so. To be clear, we are not advocating that Sidebotham be charged, because unlike DA Seth Williams we don't believe that free speech is a crime. However, when double standards are at play in his office we are more than happy to point them out."

Right now the city is using it's power and resources to pursue frivolous web pages instead of pursuing justice for Philly citizens -- including, and especially, the ones actually killed by Philly police.

A terroristic threat is a terroristic threat. The threat does not have to be carried out.

Free speech does not include yelling "fire" in a movie theater.

There is a lot of crap thrown up on the internet. Most of it is simply disregarded. When you start advocating for the death of the District Attorney, FOP President, President of the United States and multiple police officers, you are going to get the attention that you are striving for. Don't act suprised when that happens.

Ok.something I keep thinking and thinking again ...

Ok now if I yell "fire" in a movie theater of course the consequences are grave because I am physically there ...

But if somebody quietly at home behind the PC writes or starts a thread wich is not carried out or never will be carried out , isn't that part of the constituonal right ?? (like free speech)

Please don't get me wrong here ...what I am trying to find out is where is the borderline between free speech and terroristic threat ..

Personally to me this will be a very interesting and challenging case for the attorneys because constitutonal right is involved ..again I am not defending anybody ..

Coudn't the SS or FBI do an IP track to physical location and confront the individual ??

Again don't defend any sides , just interested where this is going ??

Blogger held for trial for Facebook threats to Philly cops, district attorney

Joshua Scott Albert's Facebook posts calling for the killing of police and Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams were clearly satire, his lawyer said.

Granted, they were stupid satire, unfunny, and in bad taste, said defense attorney Lloyd E. Long III, but constitutionally protected free speech nonetheless.

Unfortunately for Albert, satire, like beauty, seems to be in the eye of the beholder.

And to Municipal Court Judge Teresa Carr Deni, Albert's Internet witticisms were worth a trial for criminal solicitation to commit murder, terroristic threats, and harassment."This was clearly satire, but not funny satire, by somebody who should have kept his mouth closed - primarily my client," Long argued to Deni.

Several friends in the gallery gasped when Deni ordered Albert held on $300,000 bail.
