I just hope this man isn't a guy a used to work with back in the day as he lived on N 5th Street in Olney. He retired a few years ago and was very active with organizations that helped Vietnam veterans. It's hard to tell if it's him by the picture because he's so messed-up. Good God, if it is my former co-worker, these thugs better hope the cops catch them before I do! I will show them even less mercy than they showed this man.

Fixing discipline in schools and the justice system won't work. They are broken defective people who will contribute NOTHING to society. They have no fear because they are raised this way and know nothing else. According to Channel 17 news tonight, a lot of leads have come in to police and they have names and are planning to arrest. It's a good thing when people speak up.

A single middle aged man ran out of a store and chased the kids off. Not to promote violence, but I think the neigjborhood's residents should take matters into their own hands. The cops got over 40 calls from them when video went out. Everyone knows who they are.

OLNEY - January 19, 2012 (WPVI) -- Police say a teenager arrested Thursday night was the one who initiated the beating on a 64-year-old war veteran in Olney.

The 15-year-old boy was brought in to police custody around 10:00 p.m. .

The 15-year-old boy was charged with the beating of 64-year-old war veteran Edward Schaeffer.

Police say the teens, ranging from ages 14 to 17, were walking on North 5th Street in Olney Tuesday around 6:12 p.m. when the 15-year-old and another boy almost beat Schaeffer to death while the others stood and watched.

One of the teens in the video came forward to help authorities find the suspects that took part in the beating; tips also started coming in after Action News aired this video.

Indeed, 15+ years ago these worthless dregs of society were spit out - by equally worthless adults, and so our society was plagued with this problem long ago.
The continual irresponsibilty quite established by these types is nothing new.
This problem will continue, of course, due to the mere fact that nothing but talk and complaining ever happens.
Anything else is considered drastic, appauling and inhumane.
