Anyone been here?
It's a very nice little park randomly in the midst of very dense 1920's rowhomes in western North Philadelphia. The square is located between 24th and 25th, Clearfield and Indiana.
Apparently it was created through a method the Bureau of Surveys used to employ where they would request a developer dedicate a square for a small park in the middle of their intended tract of development.
The area is quite well-maintained today and worth a look.
