    Will check it out next time I'll go to AC.

    I think it might take customers away form The Borgatta, since it's right on the boardwalk.

    Jose Garces has 3 places in there already, no new concept though, Amada, Distrito and Village Whiskey. But I sure wanna try Marc Forgione's place.

    OFF-TOPIC: Gio, to be honest, based on most of your threads, I never thought you would be this excited over the latest hip casino-hotel opening in AC. :P

    dam..off topic ?? looks like everybody hates me (including my partner) but then it's better to be hated for who you are, then to be loved for who you're not ...

    anyway Revel is "me" this is so special and also very European ... I would love to be a part of this exciting place ..

    I am surprised that the Revel is doing so poorly attracting gamblers ($17 million in July) especially when compared to the Borgata ($50 million in July). I would have thought the Borgata would have been hurting because it isn't the nicest Casino in Atlantic City anymore.

    I haven't been to Revel but I have heard that their rooms are priced above $500 on the busiest nights, and that it's hard to get comps or discounts. Could be part of it.

    nope, free welcome drinks, free breakfast, indoor outdoor pools, access to the beach with umbrella and all the necessary tool, comps and discounts are there ... ohh and I forgot .. lot's of girls ...

    I've heard that the Revel is also completely non-smoking and that might be turning away some hard core gamblers.

    Does any of that come without a room though? If a room is $500 what difference is free breakfast? Can you get into one of the 12 pools without a room key?
