    Default Camden In Chaos!

New Jersey police, particularly Camden, tell of woe, chaos | Philadelphia Inquirer | 10/19/2010

If these layoffs take place, Camden, already a dangerous place, will become completely unliveable. All hell will break loose and the place may burn to the ground! Time to call out the National Guard with orders to shoot criminals on sight.

I'm always surprised at how small the population is for the size of the problems.

As of the U.S. 2000 Census, the city had a total population of 79,904.

Wow! Camden is one troublesome little city. I believe another nasty city, Chester, has an even smaller population. Some of Pennsylvania's smaller cities are even scarier than Philly. Reading comes to mind. I went to school near Reading about 25 years ago and it was still a pretty nice place. I return years later and wonder, "What happened?"

And 79,000 of them are most likely on Welfare.
