My brother in law earned his degree in software in the USA college.
He worked for PECO and then Morgan Stanley.
At MS they changed the name of the company to Kean.
Then they moved all the software jobs to India.
$450 Masters Degree in Software in INDIA and they are paid $5 or $6 / hour.
