Several members of the Maine delegation walked out of the Tampa Bay Times Forum after the convention affirmed the GOP’s decision to replace 10 of Maine’s 24 delegates.

Wiselot Rouzard, a delegate from Nevada and a Paul supporter, compared the situation to Adolf Hitler taking power in Germany.

“There’s nothing American about what just happened,” he said. “This is the death of the Republican Party.”

That video is funny. Politics today is a joke. These conventions are a pretty funny or scary (depending on your viewpoint) look at humanity.

There has got to be a way to expand beyond the current 2 party system which leaves voters with a choice to decide which of these 2 piles of s**t stinks less.

Oftentimes I think the US would be better off with a parliamentary system. Let the fringe have their own parties, and larger centrist parties will form. I think it would increase voter turn out too, more voters would feel like they have a voice in the political conversion. Right now I feel like I'm choosing between crazy and naive.

Both conventions are such disturbing ra ra fests it's scary. The Eastwood deal was painful to watch. I like train a good train wreck but that was too much.
