didn't you just start a thread about increased rudeness in the world?
that was a bull**&& right-wing stunt that is deliberately disrespectful to our duly elected leader -- right up there with that disgusting "you lie!" incident. Agree or disagree with the president, he is the elected head of state and the Commander-in-Chief and deserves to be spoken to with respect.
these people are deliberately contributing to the decline of our national dialogue. If the president had gone down there and beaten the disrespectful little ****e senseless I believe many would have applauded him.
tucker carlson is the lord of all douches.
Nah, hes just a one-term meglomaniac. Please, someone, introduce him to the Constitution of the United States.
I suspect this is just FOXNews' way of selling more news.
Goodnight Rossana Arquette whereever you are.
I'm certainly no fan of this president, but what that reporter did was way out of line.
In order to secure a new international trade agreement with Pacific nations, the Obama administration appears willing to grant foreign corporations the power to avoid U.S. laws
According to the Huffington Post, which also reviewed the document, foreign corporations operating within the U.S. could disregard certain domestic requirements and regulations by appealing to an international tribunal—that would have the power to overrule American law.
there goes our nation of laws

Sam Donaldson And Top Conservatives Speak Out Against Reporter Neil Munro’s Heckling Of Obama | Addicting InfoWhen Erick Erickson, a conservative pundit, Tweeted, “Also anyone remember Sam Donaldson shouting questions at President Reagan?” Conservative writer, John Podhoretz, tweeted back: “Not while he was delivering remarks. Never.”
Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace, who covered the White House with Donaldson as an NBC reporter stated on Fox News’ Studio B:
“I covered Ronald Reagan for six years with Sam Donaldson. We used to scream our lungs out asking questions, but we always waited until the president—any president—had finished speaking. The idea that you would interrupt the president in the middle of prepared remarks and shout a question—I don’t think the guy should be allowed back in the White House, you know, on a press pass.”
Later, in an interview on D.C. based radio news station WTOP, Wallace added:
“The role of the press is to ask questions of the president, to get answers, but you don’t interrupt the president in the middle of a statement. I covered the White House, Ronald Reagan for six years — I was there with Sam Donaldson. Nobody would say that either of us lacked aggressiveness when it came to questioning the president, but we didn’t interrupt while the president was still talking. This was way over the line.”
Bill O’Reilly, on his show on Friday night, decried Munro’s actions, saying:
“Mr. Munro is absolutely wrong in interfering with the president’s statement. As Talking Points always says, you must respect the office of the presidency, even if you don’t like the person in it. Mr. Obama was correct in calling Munro out.”
Deputy press secretary to former President Bush Tony Fratto wrote on Twitter: “Reporters don’t interrupt presidential statements. Period. @NeilMunroDC should be banned from WH.” He added, “Reporters can/do/should shout questions AFTER a statement or presser — that’s cool. Interrupting is anarchy & rude.”
Even Fox Business host Lou Dobbs agreed that Munro’s heckling of the president was inappropriate.
Goodnight Rossana Arquette whereever you are.
So freedom of speech is a privilege, not a right, when King Obama is in office. I'm sure you felt the same when Toupe Donaldson and his cohorts were doing the same to RR? I'm sure u were just as upset when Bu$h had a shoe thrown at him? I for one wasn't and will not be.
Country needs more Neil Munro's, no matter what party is in office. The media is there to keep them honest, not to be propagandists of the state
Please post an example of Donaldson interrupting the president of the US.
I remember quite well when Donaldson covered the WH and I watched most of Pres. Reagan's press conferences, reporters were not allowed to address the president at all until the president pointed to them or called their name. Pres. Reagan was never interrupted during a speech by Sam Donaldson.
Goodnight Rossana Arquette whereever you are.
LMAO .. Obama rarely has press conferences so I'm sure it gets frustrating to non-State reporters. You should be championing any reporter who asks tough questions no matter which party is in power
If this was nothing but a speech why not have it in the oval office, address the citizens, and not have the press there? Is the job of the press to regurgitate anything our overlords say?
Barry gathers up and around reporters too not take questions as he issues his pronouncements. Obama gathered up these mouthpieces of the state not for a press conference but to tell them what to write, what to report and what to regurgitate.
Lmfao @ this a$$hat suddenly offended by a reporter after sitting in the pew of an anti-American reverend week after week, year after year. Barry wants to change the First in that reporters should only speak when he gives them the right to speak. He didn't need to call the reporters to the WH to make a statement if he wasn't having a press conference .. something he doesn't have often. He could've just made the statement and put it out on the internet.

I may be wrong, you may have evidence to the contrary, but I was under the impression that people didn't interrupt the President when he was delivering a speech, out of respect to the office. Even if he doesn't plan on taking questions. Obama didn't invent the process. Even pundits on the right like Chris Wallace called the behavior out of order.
Btw, you do realize that the reporters don't have to be there, right? They're not rounded up and forced to participate.
I do put "reporter" in quotes. If one looks at the photo of the event,
you'll notice something odd about this "reporter". While the others have their tools of the trade: notebooks, recording devices, pens, cameras, he has nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if he was just angry, and there to heckle.
You must cease from trying to use "logic" to argue with these people. It's fruitless.
But you are exactly right of course. It's hardly an abrogation of "freedom of speech" to have basic civilized discourse and professional courtesy at a press conference. Otherwise it would be a free-for-all.
This person is not a "reporter." He is a professional douchebag or "provocateur" employed by that other bowtied dou....provocateur Tucker Carlson. Unfortunately a decade of FoxNews has obscured the difference between them.
Doesn't a person usually answer questions @ a press conference?
He gave a speech to the mouthpieces of the state for them to regurgitate what he said and call it reporting
Andrea Mitchell queefs in your direction.... if you're not wearing the credentials of NBC and doctoring tapes to spark racial tensions or editing something a presidential candidate said to give the perception that he is out of touch, then you are not a true, honest reporters.
You all should be championing this man for asking real questions, especially when a POTUS conducts himself in a lawless manner
