    Default Golf in Arizona

With all this talk of boycotting Arizona, our group of 20 have decided to move our annual golf outing this year from Myrtle Beach to Arizona.Anyone who plays and has never golfed in Arizona this would be a great year to do it. The golfing there is fantastic.

Make sure those of you who have dark skin bring proof of citizenship.

Why would I need to be careful? Are they any different then the Brown people that are traveling with us? My buds and I have been hanging out alot of years and we never thought anything of it that our skin color is different. They are just good friends. Sounds like you make a big deal about race.

I do not think my friends will be breaking any laws that would put them in a situation to be asked for thier ID by a police officer. But say we were in a fender bender or something like that and the police showed up and requested thier ID. They would produce it.
Are you talking about dark skin people or illegal aliens there is a difference you know?

Wait - you moved the Douchetard Invitational 2000 miles west because of the fallout of racial policy. You (and your brown friends *wink*) are benefiting from the direct results of racism. You encourage others to benefit from this discrimination and racial profiling. And you think I'm making a big deal about race?

Funny-I thought that many people who immigrate here illegally are here to find work and pursue what they know as "the American dream" and to seek a better life.
Reports that I have seen show that these people are doing hard manual labor, taking care of rich kids children, and are working very menial jobs that not a lot of Americans want to do.

It seems to me like they are working for their lunch-which isn't too free.

people need to make up their minds.

either "they're stealing our jobs" or "they're here for a free lunch".

That is an idiotic thing to say. It is good to think before one speaks.

My parents came as immigrants to this county - the LEGAL way!
Yes it was hard, and they worked their asses off - and in turn their children had excellent opportunities. THAT is the American dream. Not coming here illegally.

Furthermore, with this recession, maybe Americans should step up and do these menial jobs!

I guess the American dream is being here illegally, not paying taxes but sucking the blood out of our social programs; health, education, welfare programs, etc .. as well as raising prison costs.

I see no reasonable defense in allowing persons to enter illegally and remain; while benefiting from these programs and costing US taxpayers serious dollars through said programs.

The 2 groups getting screwed in this mess are tax paying citizens and legal immigrants waiting for legal citizenship.

The 'very menial jobs that not a lot of Americans want to do' that you speak of can easily be corrected ........ Citizens that collect welfare and those that are on unemployment for 3+ months, cut them off and give them the opportunity to do the 'very menial jobs' as you put it. There is enough unemployed in every state to meet these demands.

There's a big chance that your parents, with nowdays immigration policies, would have been presented with 2 options, either go back to their respective countries (and depending of where that was starve to death, be prosecuted, killed or who knows!) or to enter here illegally and, as you pointed out, work hard and offer excellent opportunities for their children.

As has been told to you and others a bazillion times, they have taxes withheld but can't file for refunds so OVERpay taxes. And, they can't collect welfare. You're misinformed and/or a liar. Your position is based on falsehoods. Try living in reality for awhile, k?

Agreed. While I'm very much on the fence about the illegal immigration issue, quite a few of my friends and acquaintances are immigrants or children of LEGAL immigrants. None are happy about the illegal immigration in this country and are quite pi$$ed at the notion of giving amnesty, jobs, and the harboring of illegals here.

I guess when you play by the rules and work your a$$ off, it kind of pi$$es you off to see somebody breaking the rules and getting away with it.
If you believe people should work till they die to pay for a government worker to retire at 50, you're a Democrat. Otherwise, you're a Republican. All other differences between the parties are trivial.

I see the potential impact on health services-but how does an illegal immigrant collect welfare?
What social programs are they a "drain" on?
How does an illegal immigrant get public education? And if they are in our schools, how is that a drain?

How do legal immigrants waiting for citizenship get penalized by illegal immigrants beign in the country?

A lot of illegals are paid in cash. I have no idea if it's the majority, but a lot are.

Let's not be a jerk. You know exactly what I meant. Most of these people come here looking for work-and you know it.

    Think before one types k?
