Default Buick most reliable

It's a shame that Ford never could turn Jaguar around before the financial crisis hit. Both my wife and I (plus our son) really like the new Jaguar. It seems that Ford got it right just in time to sell it, after dumping billions into Jaguar. And I absolutely despise Lexus. Not a single one is made in this country; Toyota doesn't trust Americans not to blemish their prized Lexus brand. I personally feel that Lexus is an incredibly cheesy brand for incredibly cheesy people. That said, Buick has given up on the smaller sporty cars like the Skylark that were pretty sharp back in the day, and I think that is a real lost opportunity.

Great news for Buick! How many Buicks were sold in 08?

Ross, Lexus was the most reliable and well built car since its inception. The styling is pretty bland by design. People looking for conservative luxury that is dead reliable buy a Lexus. I must admit, this is the 1st time Ive head anyone call Lexus cheesy.

The Jag you like is not built in America.

This is cheesy:

they did a reasonably good job with jaguar, not a great car company to begin with. they overpaid though. like what they did with volvo

Jaguar, which Indian car giant Tata Motors Ltd. bought from Ford in 2007, remains a relatively small-volume brand in the U.S. It sold just 14,000 vehicles here in 2008, while Buick sold 128,000.
why does lexus have to be made here? ford doesn't make cars in every country it sells in.
