Has anyone used Jay Brady for painting or home repair? I got his name off a sign at the coop. He is half the price of my other estimate (someone who has been recommended on this board). I haven't been able to reach any of his references. I know you get what you pay for, but he is an independent contractor unlike the other painter I have a quote from. Is this too good to be true?
