Thanks guys! Brian, very much appreciated. I will add that there is not a home inspector in the Tri State area that is as thorough and hard working as you. I know that my clients won't have any surprises when they move into their homes if you do their inspections beforehand. I think its time for a group hug.

Hey Rich,

Please take this as constructive criticism.... you gotta lose the .aol email address. It just screams old an out of touch. Tech savvy people will see that and possibly disregard you. I literally know hiring managers that will disregard resumes that have an .aol email address. It may be silly, but it's a reality. Again, not trying to hate on you at all, just a little friendly advice.
