Easeful Mama yoga series starting up again this Thursday (Sept. 6th) at Springboard Studio (Springboard Studio ; 530 Carpenter Ln, just down the street from Weavers Way Coop, Big Blue Marble and High Point Cafe) in the heart of Mt Airy, Philadelphia.
9:30 am Yoga with Baby/ Mommy & Me: (pre-crawlers)
10:30 am Pre-natal Yoga (all stages)
