Higher end places have salad bars??

Trolley Car is pretty crappy, even by diner standards. Dirty, and food is mediocre and over-priced. I've only been to Fairlane Grille twice, but was very impressed on both stops.

    Default dialysis center

The only thing with a dialysis center (and I find this of most of them) is that there is almost always 3 or 4 ambulances idling their engines out front while the drivers smoke and work their cellphones. It's just not an appealing sight. (the idling trucks I mean).

Just an observation as I'm sure the same could be said for bud light trucks.

Fogo de Chao comes to mind, but I'm not sure I would say that high-end places have salad bars as a rule.

I am pretty sure there are ordinances that prohibit idling of trucks. Not sure how to report the activity.

311, Philly Police, PPA, Philly Dept of Health (215-685-7580), PADEP (1-866-255-5158), USEPA (877-919-4372).

You may get told that ambulances are exempt, but that is not correct. They are only exempt during emergencies.

"If a patient is onboard, the ambulance will be considered by the Department to be operating in an emergency mode and is allowed to idle as long as necessary. If a patient is not in the ambulance, idling is restricted to 5 minutes in any continuous 60-minute period."

Everybody is trashing the Trolley Car here... but I love their biscuits and gravy! Having said that I have only been there a few times because it's too expensive.

I've been to a handful. I specifically remember one place in California that was a lovely higher end restaurant with a fabulous salad bar. Brazillian restaurants have them too. they are also popular at some of the very expensive brunches.

Chart House has a salad bar. Fancy brunches (over 50pp) are usually buffet but I don't know if I'd call that a salad bar.
