Apartment needs for a client in the Northwest

I have a client who is selling her house and is looking for an apartment building with no steps, a balcony off of the apartment and a washer and dryer or hook ups in the unit. 2 bedrooms preferred.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any place like this in the Northwest part of the city.

I believe the Ridgeview (6725 Ridge Ave) - aka the old Deauville - has laundry in the individual units now. It's a no step entrance to the building and then elevators to floors above and below lobby level. Some units have balconies.
