I have tenants moving in soon and need to have a fresh paint job after I move my stuff.
We might attempt the job ourselves (1100 square feet), but in the event not, I am looking for recommendations.
Obviously not trying to break the bank.

Brendan Ryan is a great guy. My experience was that he got the job done really well, and really quickly with a minimum of inconvenience to us. Not the dirt cheapest but we got higher quotes from some other people. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
