Why aren't the bells ringing?

I used to be able to know how long my insomnia was lasting by counting the chimes of the bells that, I think, emanated from the Lutheran Seminary. Now I don't hear them anymore. Does anybody know what happened to them?

Hmmm. I didn't notice and I have been listening to those bells for over 40 yrs having lived most of my life within a few blocks of the Seminary. I will get on this!

Called over there and they were closed but got security and they said the bells were ringing as far as they knew. I am sticking my head out of the window in 7 minutes to check
