I was wondering the same thing -- I called them a couple of months ago and left a message and never got a call back...

Ditto, although it was a bit longer ago than that. I spoke to them once and the person said that he'd call me back to arrange a time when they were in the neighborhood and would come see my windows, but that was the last I heard from them.

Did you read their website? Chestnut Hill Windows - Chestnut Hill Windows - Historic Window Restoration Blog

"With the recent drop in temperatures [at least here in the Philadelphia region] our phones have been ringing quite a bit. After four years we realize that we have entered "window season..." For the next 10 weeks we will be working with people that are either existing clients that want more windows and doors upgraded or with folks we have spoken with throughout the past few years who have not opted to do anything with the windows. During this period we have less time to spend with people interested in learning about "upgrading" their current windows. So the next few blogs are going to be about the most common questions homeowners have about their windows."

I did not check that blog link, but their webpage changed recently, I suspect in September when the blog page was loaded. Still they came out, spent time to look at 10 windows and never replied. Looks Like I need to pay them a personal visit.

Default No response to several calls

I needed to get immediate attention for my leaking 100 year old windows. Luckily, Ernst and Ernst builders are old house specialists and came to the rescue. Good luck all.

I sure hope so, they just did 19 windows for me and built custom storms for 5 other windows. I think they - especially their owner David - are not real big on marketing. He was checking on his workers and his phone was ringing non-stop, so maybe they don't have to be. I know they are scheduled to do my neighbors next month too.
