Time to bring out the pitchforks, its the only justice we're going to get :\

"Kelly said the blood alcohol reading was evidence that had not been proven. He said Parker maintained that she did not drive down Haines Street but instead had driven down Baynton Street, where she was eventually pulled over."

It seems as though the insinuation here is that she took Baynton St instead of Haines St. These streets INTERSECT.

I really hope the DA appeals on this one. I admit, when i first say the headline i thought "there must have been a sample mix up at the lab, or broken chain of custody" but just "the drunk lady was more credible"....really????
