Green Lane and Manayunk

I was walking by today and saw the trees ripped out and a huge hole on the grounds of the property at Green Lane & Manayunk.

Are they putting MORE homes there in addition to the ones already built on Dupont??? I hope they're not going to demolish that older house that is still standing, as I saw a smaller U-Haul truck and two people standing there.

With all of this developing on Green Lane, and the traffic increase that will result from it, you'll have to get up really early to beat the rush to work.

There is a set of twins going in where that hole is. They'll have their front doors on Manayunk Ave and garages on the back. The existing home will stay as a rental with 3-4 units, as it's owned by someone else (the house is a separate parcel from the land) but it will look weird.

A third house, a single, will go up between the driveway and 358 Green Ln once the twin is built and both are sold.
