Why is it taking so long?

It seems like it's taking a very long time for The Foodery and also the gym that's supposed to be going where Golden Jeep was on Ridge & Leverington.

What's the hold up? Even though they're not in Roxborough you can include Main Street Market too. They are doing renovations and were supposed to re-open after July 4th.

I was wondering about this too. The sign giving a re-opening date disappeared from MSM. Are they gone for good? I really enjoyed having them in the neighborhood, and I was looking forward to the Foodery opening as well.
