4th of July Fireworks

Can anyone suggest a good place in East Falls or Rox to view the Art Museum fireworks?

We lived at the top of the hill in Roxborough (near Gorgas Park) and we could only see some of the fireworks from our third floor roof.

I never had much luck viewing the fireworks from my area of Manayunk. Even on the roof, there were too many church steeples and trees in the way. I've been told that some folks in EF have a decent view from their homes.

I would think that Belmont Plateau in Fairmount Park would have a good, but distant view. However, I've never tried it out.
